Registration Form

This application will only be processed if you have paid the registration fee.

We will accept registrations throughout the year. You will be required to manually complete a more detailed registration form in order to comply with the requirements of the Department of Education.

If you provide your address, we will see if we can provide a seat on the bus to collect and drop off your child between home and school (see School Fees).
